Established
Established in 1896 by Zenjiro Yasuda, the founder of the former Yasuda Conglomerate, the Tokyo Tatemono Group has the longest history of business achievement in Japan as a general real estate company.
Expand Overseas
Tokyo Tatemono was quick to expand overseas in 1903, when we developed our management and operation business for residences and buildings in Tianjin, China.

Hareza Ikebukuro
Hareza Ikebukuro is a large-scale complex retail facilitiy on the site of the former Toshima ward government building. It has eight distinctive theaters including the Tokyo Tatemono Brillia Hall, making Hareza Ikebukuro an exciting hub for showcasing a diverse range of culture to the world and creating a lively atmosphere in Ikebukuro.
Innovation Bases
Since our founding, Tokyo Tatemono has based our head office in the Yaesu-Nihonbashi-Kyobashi (YNK) area. This is where we have set up and are operating eight bases to facilitate innovation through fusing the old with the new, and making the most of the long-standing culture and characteristics of this YNK area that have continued since the Edo period.

Otemachi Forest
The roughly 3,600-square-meter Otemachi Forest is an actual forest on the site of the Otemachi Tower, boasting an abundant and diverse range of plants, insects, and birds.
We have confirmed 208 species of plants, 129 species of insects, and 13 species of birds, including species on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species, that are inhabiting the Otemachi Forest. We have even spotted tanuki (Japanese raccoon) there from time to time.

Health Checkup Attendance Rate
The Tokyo Tatemono Group strives to support and improve the health of each individual and carry out health management initiatives, so that each employee can reach their full potential. The rate of employees who have attended a health checkup in Tokyo Tatemono alone has been 100% for 13 consecutive years since 2011.

Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Target
In working towards achieving a decarbonized society, the Tokyo Tatemono Group has set a medium-to-long-term target to achieve, by fiscal 2030, a 46.2% reduction in CO₂ emissions compared to fiscal 2019, and net zero CO₂ emissions by fiscal 2050.
